Townhouse with garden. Careful, this is Francis, my cat's house! He can go outside at will, but he can also come and squat in all the comfortable places of the house if the doors are not closed. Minimum 2 nights. Parking 50 m away. All essential shops within walking distance. 20 minutes from Rennes. The space Bedroom on the 2nd floor, sofa bed, very good bultex mattress, WiFi, shared bathroom and toilet. My bedroom, bathroom and toilet are on the 1st floor. Small living room so no access, except for breakfast (Senseo, kettle, toaster), access also to the fridge and microwave, meals in the room. Other things to note Multi-level house so lots of steps and stairs. Sheets, pillows, toilet paper provided. Please note bath towel and soap are not provided. Access to kettle, coffee maker, toaster and breakfast dishes. However, breakfast is not included.
