3 bedrooms 4 km from the beach in Colombres

A spacious apartment of about 100 m2 located on the third floor WITHOUT an elevator in downtown Colombres. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with TV. As it is an old house with exposed beams, there is some woodworm, a problem that we try to eliminate every year, with the corresponding treatment, although it is slow. Therefore, and depending on the date you stay, you may find a bug that is harmless to us. The space The town of Colombres is the capital of the Council of Ribadedeva and although it is very small, we have all the basic establishments: Doctor's office, pharmacy, cultural center with its library and telecentre, sports center, municipal swimming pool, tourist office, grocery stores and restaurants. All this is within a radius of no more than 500 meters from the house. Guest access The apartment is entirely for guests, however the entrance door and stairs are shared with the other three apartments in the house. Other things to note The maximum capacity of the apartment is 5 people, we do not have an extra bed.
