Apartment located 30 meters from the sea. For 4 people, it consists of a double bed, a bunk bed, a bathroom (with washing machine), a kitchenette, a living space with a sofa, television, and terrace. Fourth floor with elevator. Including: - beach place, - parking space (included but not guaranteed, as there are not enough spaces available for all the condominiums), - use of the pool, - concierge service. Accommodation tax not included (€1.80 per person per night for guests over 10 years of age) The space The beach and pool service is provided from June. Weather permitting. Other things to note Parking pass - Spots are limited, as it is a central and seafront area. The apartment includes a pass that can be displayed on the dashboard to park in the yellow-line spaces. We cannot guarantee in advance the presence of a free parking space during your stay, or upon arrival especially during the high season. Paid daily parking is available on secondary streets.
