The unit is complete w/ beddings, blankets, towels and toiletries such as paper towel,shampoo and toothpaste. Guest access Wide backyard with a lot of sitting space, bonfire pit, gameroom, trampoline and free parking space. Other things to note Please practice CLAYGO (clean as you go) at all times especially in the common areas. NO FOOD & DRINKS inside the game room and trampoline. GARBAGES should be sorted out (Biodegradable/Non biodegradable/Recycables/Leftovers) trash bins and left over containers are provided if not request for one. NO VISITORS BEYOND 8:00PM, NO VISITORS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNITS, They can only stay in the common areas. Penalty of P2,000 per violation will be charge for guests not following our rules. Please treat our place with care just like your homes.
