Small independent apartment

I offer a nice small but functional and cozy furnished apartment with double bed 1.60 x 2.0 m, kitchenette with electric plate (induction), coffee machine, large Refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, direct-dial telephone, baby/crib additionally available on request, bathroom/toilet with walk-in shower, and wooden terrace - centrally and very quietly located. Note: the "tourist tax" is NOT included in the total price and is charged separately! From 2026, this will be €4.60 per person per night The space The loft measures 30 m² with an anteroom, but is also well suited for a small family due to the functional layout - we are happy to provide a children's bed/baby bed free of charge. Instead of a sofa bed or pull-out couch, there is now a real double bed (160 x 200) - it is wider and much more comfortable - it was the wish of many guests. Many facilities of the Hotel FILSER can be used in the same area, including check-in/out and payment of the "tourist tax" on departure (cash or credit card). This is not included in the Airbnb price due to the quite different conditions There is a very nice indoor pool, a sauna area, a large gym, a cozy conservatory for relaxing and reading - the bar in the evening is of course also open to Airbnb guests. Of course, meals such as breakfast and dinner are possible, then the prices of the restaurant apply. The morning bread service is available at a low price at the front door. . . Guest access The public areas in the hotel can be used after check-in. You will then also receive the in-house Wi-Fi code, your room key, and, if you wish, a TG space free of charge - of course there is a ski and drying room, as well as a storage space with charging facilities for MTB/e-bike. There is no charge for your outdoor parking space - there is a charging station for the e-car (50 Ct/kWh). Other things to note Here I mention again that the so-called "tourist tax" - a levy to the municipality of Oberstdorf, among other things, for the maintenance of the infrastructure is NOT included in the Airbnb price and must be paid at the reception at the latest at check-out. With the "Oberstdorf Card," the local buses can be used, among other things. There are many discounts. The location is southern Oberstdorf with direct access to the cross-country and hiking network, absolutely quiet, in a traffic-calmed zone. As a guest, you can still drive by car (and then preferably leave it). In summer, the "Gassenkühe" come by twice a day, 7 am and 5 pm. The ringing of the huge bells sounds nice, and you can take pictures... Breakfast is not included - there are several "breakfast cafes" in the vicinity - for a small surcharge we offer you a "roll service" in the morning - there is also of course the possibility to have meals at Hotel Filser - or in one of the 80 local restaurants - so no one has to go hungry... REWE, Lidl or Feneberg are not far away, everything is within walking distance. There is also a bakery there. A Senseo PAD machine is in the apartment, in addition there is a filter machine including a sample pack of filter coffee - you only have to bring / get the PADs. Assume that no residual food (milk, bread, opened drinks) is stored in the apartment - for hygienic reasons we always have to dispose of them during the final cleaning.
