Welcome! This newly renovated in-law suite/apartment, is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Los Alamos and a short walk to see some of the cities favorite attractions. Private entrance, room and restroom, King Bed, complimentary coffee, front yard access, clawfoot tub, WIFI and more! The space The entrance to the rental space is located on the bottom floor of a private residence (the walkout basement). As you enter, you will notice the picture windows, large open living room with a kitchenette. The double doors to the right will lead you into your private en-suite which features a king sized bed, 55 inch TV, dresser and lots of closet space. To the far right corner of the room is the newly renovated, and completely private, full bathroom which has a beautiful clawfoot tub. Only shared space with host are the deep freezer and pantry located in the front room, which is very seldomly accessed. Rental space not currently available during winter/cold months due to furnace noise. If you don’t mind furnace noise and are interested in booking in the winter, please message me for availability. Guest access Guests have curbside parking. If you don't have a car, no problem! The free county transit (Mon-Friday) shuttle is a short 5 minute walk from the house and can take you downtown, to the National Laboratory, White Rock and more! During your stay I look forward to hosting and sharing this space with you! I am always available to my guests, if not in-person, then by phone. I live upstairs, your private en-suite is located in the walkout basement. Though your en-suite is private, there may be times that I need to get to the freezer or pantry (these areas are not available to guests unless pre-arranged) in the front room, or stock supplies for the Airbnb guest/s, but will not go down while guests are in, and I will not enter the bedroom or bathroom. Other things to note The Laundromat is a short 2 miles from the house. However, for long term guests, I do provide laundry service, every 7 days for a small fee, ask host for pricing.
