The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy. The space The entrance to The Studio is from the curved brick paved drive through a gated courtyard. This private space, complete with garden table and chairs, can be your 'Al Fresco' dining area! The rear stable door to the property, opens onto the second patio, containing a table and 2 chairs (a Bistro set) and gives direct access into the second part of the garden. The Studio is centrally heated and therefore very cosy. The lounge windows have been fitted with automatic solar blinds, so it is a property for all seasons! Guest access The entrance to 54 Henwood Green Road is via a curved brick paved drive, where a low sign indicates an easy parking space which has been allocated to The Studio. Other things to note An EV/Electric Car 32 Amp Charging Unit is now installed and also secure cycle racks are available, which are positioned undercover, accommodating up to four bicycles.
