The room, kitchen and bathroom are contemporary but located in the 1890 character town house featuring lots of Victorian elements as well as art pieces from my travels. Your room has a massive bay window facing sunny south. I can comfortably say that all people staying in the house including myself are very friendly, open minded and always happy to help. The space You will have a beautiful, large and very sunny private room for yourselves as well as an access to a modern kitchen, bathroom, washing and drying facilities and large green sunny patio. There is plenty of on street parking, 5 minutes walk to local shops and pubs, 10 minutes to main Torquay’s high street and maybe 20 to the seafront of main harbour on one side and beautiful tourist area of Babbacombe on the other. So plenty to enjoy 😎 Guest access 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, sunny front patio, rear outside smoking area, laundry room, During your stay You can enjoy all your freedom and flexibility in the house but if you need some info or advice about the area and surrounding attractions I have seen pretty much everything around and am more then happy to share it with you 😊
