The beach house is perfectly suited to families, wheelchair accessible and pet friendly with a fully fenced section a swing set and tree house in the back yard. Sit outside and listen to the waves crashing on the soft white sand a block away. Waikouaiti has a couple of taverns, Fish and Chip/ Chinese takeaway, cafe, bakery, petrol and dairy. A short drive down the road is another gorgeous beach of Karitane or wander a bit further to the Moeraki Boulders or historic town of Oamaru. Dunedin is 30min away. Special conditions: NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No smoking. Families preferred. Pets allowed with prior approval as long as you clean up after them. Wheelchair accessible please enquire. Supply own linen and towels, self catering. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you must: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels); remove all rubbish from the property. Leave it as you found it ready for the next guests. Bedroom 1 & 2: one queen bed, pillows, electric blanket, duvet and blanket provided. Bedroom 3: two sets of bunks (sleeps 4) pillows, duvets, blankets supplied. Bathroom 1: Bath, toilet, sink, heater, heated towel rail, recently updated. Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet, washing machine and sink recently fully renovated. A cupboard full of books and family games provided. A tree house and swing/ slide in the fully fenced yard. Plenty of parking and quiet friendly neighbours.
