The villa is just 3 minutes from the quite beach of Ban Khet and 8 minutes from Cha-am busy beach and night life, we have a large well kept garden with mature fruit trees and flowering shrubs bordering a well kept lawn, the swimming pool is 8 meter X 4 meter with sun loungers, chairs etc, Why not come and have your birthday or any other party with us, we can provide home food and drinks to your requirement at reasonable prices, we can arrange your karaoke and music for your party come and enjoy The space We can accommodate up to 15 guests, floor mattresses are provided if needed, price shown is for up to 8 people, over 8 then 200 baht per night per person. We provide airport pick up/drop of at very reasonable price discounted for guests Cleaning and bed sheets 2 times per week, extra cleaning 200 baht per day. Pool cleaning 2 times per week, extra 500 baht per clean. Full taxi service provided at 50% discount for our guests. Free water bottles on arrival. Free advice on all local attractions. For stays 6 days and over guests pay for electricity, meter read on arrival and departure, the cost is calculated at local PEA rates approximately 4.5 baht per unit
