The place is having two rooms with large front balcony of size 10 mtrs 15 mtrs where in 10 mtrs by 4 mtrs area roof covered. suitable for 6 guests the place is located in calm and greenary area. It is in the second floor . Guest must pay for kitchen usage. GAS CHARGES 100 RS. PER DAY. Note :consumption of liquor not allowed The space The place is located in 2 nd floor with beautiful view around and greenary. This is having private balcony of size 10x15 mtrs. out of that 10 x 4 mtrs roof covered. where in one can relax , read, work, do exersises . Also can be used for partying . ( No liquor )The place is also just 100 mtrs to bus stand, auto rikshaw stand, mini super market. Guest access guest can use whole balcony During your stay I just stay in the downfloor, can also be contacted by phone or directly. Other things to note Guests can utilise the whole balcony for partying ( NO LIQUOR ) but should take care that neibours should not get disturbed. clean the area after usage. If guests want to use kitchen for cooking purpose they can do so by paying extra money for fuel. 100 rs. per day. NOTE: Outside guests should not stay in the premises for long time and should vacate premises after 10 p. m.
