Pebbles - just off Sidmouth seafront with parking

Pebbles is a well-presented and tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment, less than a minute's walk from the seafront yet tucked away. The apartment offers a dedicated car parking space in the secure garage (height restriction applies). Pebbles offers a light and airy lounge with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with comfortable twin beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. For the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets or smokers and would not be suitable for young children. The space Pebbles is a well-presented and tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment. Pebbles offers a light and airy lounge with flat-screen TV and DVD player (although we are not allowed to provide actual DVDs, please feel free to bring your own) a sofa bed and armchair, a small dining table and two chairs, coffee tables, electric flame-effect fire, with patio doors leading to a shared terrace. The bedroom offers comfortable twin bed with 100% cotton bed linen made up for your arrival. Bath and hand towels are also provided at no extra cost (no feather pillows or feather duvets for allergy sufferers). The fully-equipped kitchen has built-in cupboards, a breakfast bar and two stools. We also provide a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge/freezer and all the kitchen utensils we think you will need for your stay. There is a modern white bathroom, tiled throughout, with electric shower over the bath, hand basin, WC, extractor fan and heated towel rail. A comfortable sofa bed is also available in the lounge. Sleeps 1 or 2 additional guests. Please let us know in advance if you require use of the sofa bed as extra bed linen can be left ahead of your stay. There are 14 steps leading up from the car park. Alternatively, a lift is available which will take you close to the apartment, a few feet away from the main door. The lift requires the manual closing of two doors to operate it. Alternatively, there are 8 steps leading up from the road to the terrace area. Dedicated car parking space. Height restriction applies on entry (i.e. not suitable for vans) or roof boxes. For the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets or smokers and not suitable for young children. Guest access The whole apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Codes for the garage and key safe are given to you 24 hours before arrival as they are often subject to change. Sorry, DVDs are wrongly pictured in the lounge. These have now been removed. A DVD player is provided but licencing laws state that we cannot provide a DVD library but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
