If you do not follow the rules, an additional fee might be charged, so please take time to read it before making a reservation. ■ Prohibitions and additional charges ・ Excessive noise (33,000 yen) that causes inconvenience to neighboring rooms and residents ・ Smoking indoors, on the balcony, in the surrounding area, littering butts/bringing the butts into the room, vomiting (55,000 yen) ・Disposal of garbage in inappropriate way (if you wish to take out the trash, please contact us beforehand) (Fine 33,000 JPY) ・ Staining, damage, and take-out of indoor equipment (billing of costs incurred due to purchase of replacements, etc.) ・ Disposal of a large amount of garbage or oversized garbage (Additional fee charge) ・Staying with more people than the original number of guests booked for (22,000 JPY × number of people) ・ Entering the room in the middle of a companion who is not staying (5,500 yen per person per night) ・ Unauthorized late check-out (2,750 yen every 15 minutes) ・ Equipment that is intentionally or accidentally soiled, damaged, lost, or taken out (purchase cost + disposal cost + handling fee) ・Guest has not checked out due to requesting an extension before approval of the application. ・Bringing in and using fire pits or fire grills (Penalty: ¥33,000) ・Using the facility for commercial purposes (e.g., seminars, therapy sessions, etc.) * If any of the above actions are observed, we apologize for the inconvenience, but you will be required to pay an additional fee. ■ Garbage disposal * There is a garbage dump outside, so if you collect garbage in the room, you can dispose of it yourself. * Please understand that it is obligated to dispose of it as industrial waste, not as household waste by law. * Please note that there has been illegal dumping in the past and a security camera has been installed at the garbage dump. *An additional fee will be charged for the disposal of a large amount of trash or oversized items (such as suitcases). ■ Check-in anytime after 15:00. * Self check-in.
