Casa Ahau - 1st floor /Beach Eco homestay

"La maison bleue" is a family-run Eco Home stay, located on the tranquil Quiet beach. We wish to provide the most genuine and authentic experience, allowing you to step back in time, unplug, reconnect and immerse yourself in simplicity. Fill your days with exciting journeys of exploration to Pondicherry colonial town and Auroville International unique township, pampering spa treatments, exciting water sports activities and indulge in authentic, delicious fusion cuisine. The space We are situated in Quiet beach, 7kms away from the Matrimandir and 5kms away from White town, Pondicherry. As there is no road close by, you will only hear the sound of the waves and the birds singing... Our home stay has two rooms: - Casa Ahau - Casita Each room is unique and has its own vibe. Casa Ahau is a 25sqm room with a private equipped kitchen and a dinning space as well as a bedroom space with a king size bed. The bathroom is located outside of the room. No hot water, western style toilet. Casa Ahau has a small terrace with garden view. My manager is living in the room downstairs and also uses the washroom. High speed optic fiber Internet is provide through cable only for computer work. No WIFI. Guest access The room is all yours. You have your private kitchen, dining area and sleeping space and outdoor bathroom (shared with my manager). During your stay I love to receive guests and share tips with them as well as introducing Auroville and share about our experience. In the meanwhile, I am taking care of my little family who keeps me very busy :-) Other things to note We strive to protect Nature by being mindful of our impact on the environment. We believe Nature is our greatest gift. Our main focus is to reduce our waste to the minimum and recycle as much as we can as well as using natural products. We hope that our initiatives will inspire our guests to take their own initiative in protecting our environment and preserving the beauty of Nature. Thanks for helping us in this process.
