The two-bedroom balconies on the upper floor have hammocks. Room in four environments (living room with fireplace, dining room for 12 people, games table and small living room. Bar for the kitchen), fully equipped kitchen including wine cellar, dishwasher, wood-burning oven for pizza (fire risk for those who do not know how to handle it), freezer, inverter refrigerator. In the outdoor area, a swimming pool with a 1.00-meter-wide beach bench along its length and a wooden bench on the deck, extensive lawn with trees that have hooks for hammocks, swings for children and benches to rest and enjoy the mountains. The balcony has a living room with rustic furniture and hammock hooks. The cistern has 24,000 liters and two more upper boxes of 1,000 liters each. 1- CHILDREN: - Balconies: the house is not suitable for children unaccompanied by adults, as the balconies are protected by steel cables; - Windows: the sills are low; - Water heating: as the heating is by solar panels and storage in a BOILER, the temperature is high. It is not recommended that children handle the valves without adult assistance. -Pool: the depth is 1.45 meters. We recommend not leaving children without buoys and unaccompanied. 2- ACCESSIBILITY: - To get to the house there are 5 low steps with a comfortable landing. If there is a need to install access ramps, I ask that you request them in advance. - In the bathroom of the ground floor bedroom, there are safety bars next to the toilet and inside the shower stall. Guest access Access to the condominium is by paved road and directly via BR 040, without entering Itaipava. The condominium's internal streets are very pleasant for walking and/or cycling. Other things to note Water, gas and electricity consumption, and pool and outdoor area cleaning are included. The gardener comes daily (except on Sundays and holidays). For stays of 5 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged, according to the meter reading at check-in and check-out and the ENEL concessionaire's rate. Housekeepers are hired directly by guests. We have a cook/housekeeper to recommend, who cooks simple things, sets the breakfast table and tidies up. On holidays that coincide with weekends, the minimum stay will be three days. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Toiletries, cleaning supplies and firewood for the fireplace and oven are not included in the daily rate. We kindly ask you to use the baskets available in the bathrooms for disposal of toilet paper, sanitary pads and others. The house's sanitary sewage system is a septic tank and ENTOPE!
