This vacation accommodation is the perfect beach house getaway for couples or small families. Come enjoy amazing sunsets, watch the dolphins, snorkel, kayak, paddle board and feed the fish on the waters edge of this exclusive ocean front property. The space Located on the same property are two other units, each configured to provide maximum privacy, complete with private decks, kitchens, bedrooms, and designated barbecue areas. Nestled throughout the property are various lounge and seating areas where you can unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. Kayaks, lifejackets, snorkeling gear, and laundry facilities are available at no extra charge, and free parking is conveniently located onsite. Just a short walk away is Merizo Pier, a popular spot where locals gather to swim and socialize. Nearby, you can also explore historic sites like Fort Soledad and Faha Caves, or enjoy scenic hikes to Priest Pools or along Geus River. Guest access Guests have access to the front yard, driveway parking, boat ramp, water front, outdoor shower and all common areas including the laundry room (which is located to the front left side of the building) Other things to note A few basic food items, such as cereal, oatmeal, and milk, are provided upon arrival. You'll also find a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, along with plenty of cream and sugar. (Please note, we do not have a government license to prepare meals for guests). Supermarkets in Merizo are small, so we recommend that guests stop in Hagatna or Agat for meat, fish or fresh vegetable stocks.
