The space This two-storey stone house-villa is located at the beautiful second leg of Chalkidiki, in the peaceful old village of Nikiti. It is a perfect place for any type of vacation, both during summer or winter time, restored with a lot of love and decorated with an eye for detail. This house has two separate entrances, front and back, while access to the upper floor is also available through the outside ladder. Each floor is 100 sq.m. big. On the ground floor you will find a luxury lounge (with a fireplace and a big and comfortable sofa) and a spacious kitchen equipped with a big 8 seat wooden table), a beautiful Moroccan style bathroom and a small storeroom.
