Townhouse in Barmouth

Our holiday home is a 2-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Barmouth. You and your family can have fun on the miles of sandy beaches then return to the cosy modern three-bedroom house for some quiet time and a soak in our hot tub, then start all over again. You can now use the beautiful pool at Hendre Coed Isaf caravan park, just a few minutes drive. The space The house is situated towards the north, away from the busy town, close enough to walk to Barmouth to enjoy the many pubs, shops, and amenities our seaside town has to offer. There is no need to worry if you do not have a car, trains, buses, local shops are within walking distance, there is a hotel for drinks and food by the beach. The lounge has two comfortable settees with smart tv, DVD, HiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer, fridge, washing machine, cooker, hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Each bedroom has a smart tv/DVD. The main bedroom has a king-size pocket sprung Otty bed. The second bedroom can be a king-size pocket sprung bed or two small single beds (a weeks notice is needed to split the bed please, only we can split the bed), the third room has two 3ft singles. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, and toilet. There is Wifi provided and mobile phone coverage is good. Guests now have the shared use of the pool at Hendre Coed Isaf Caravan Park, times of use 10 - 4pm sometimes later in the summer depending on demand, heated outdoor pool, available May - Sept. We welcome well-behaved dogs, who can have a free run of our good-sized enclosed private garden. There is an additional charge of £25.00 for the first dog and £20 for an additional dog, we only allow two at a time, we may consider more, please message me before booking. Please settle up with me when you see me. Please let me know if you are bringing any dogs. Please let us know if you are staying for work.s Guest access Customers have a garden at the back of the house for private use and the whole house to themselves. Other things to note Our hot tub is air source heated, in the summer it is quick and usually ready by 5pm in the winter with temperatures below 8 degrees it can take longer to heat, we always change the water between guests and have no control over this. Usually it’s heated by 5-9pm at night at the latest. It is 1800 litres of water 🙂.
