The space Our apartment FRANKFURT is cosy and comfortably furnished: It has a spacious bedroom, a large separate living and dining area with sofa bed, and a daylight bathroom with walk-in shower. It offers everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay: - Wi-Fi with 50 mbits - HD TV with satellite connection - Bluetooth speaker for your favorite music - High-quality box-spring bed 180 x 200 cm - Sofa bed incl. high-quality mattress topper 140x200 cm - Bed linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows - a fully equipped kitchen of some coffee tabs for the Nespresso kit, tea, sugar, a selection of spices, vinegar, oil, napkins, etc. - Toilet paper and paper towels for the first days - Washing machine & dryer are available for a fee - For hot summer days we provide a fan. For stays of 14 days or more, the apartment is cleaned weekly including change of beddings and towels. For your safety and health, we intensify our already high cleaning effort after each stay: In addition to the intensive cleaning of the entire apartment and linen change, we wash the pillows and duvets, the mattress pads as well as all pillows and blankets. To finish, we are still disinfecting all surfaces and handles. We ask for your understanding that we need to switch these enhanced hygiene measures to the cleaning costs! Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is of course available to you alone. Other things to note Important information about the tourist tax from 2025 From 2025, the city of Kelsterbach will levy a tourist tax of €2.00 per night for short-term stays. This fee is payable by the tenant and is not included in the accommodation costs. The tax does not apply if a registration is made with the city of Kelsterbach by means of an apartment provider certificate.
