It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. The public parking space free of charge is in front of the building. The bus station is about 100 meters far away and direct bus (No. 6, 8, 11) runs directly to the center.
