The space The premises will be treated according to a cleaning protocol recommended by Airbnb, and the linens are replaced, washed and sanitized after each guest departure. We provide linen and towels. Brand new apartment located in the Castello district, near the Arsenale a stone's throw from San Zaccaria and San Marco in a very quiet area where you can enjoy the beauty of the authentic city. Area well served by public transport of Actv and Alilaguna that connect the historic center of Venice to Marco Polo airport, Piazzale Roma and the train station. There are many shops, restaurants and you can walk through the streets enjoying a unique atmosphere! Guest access The recently restored apartment is located on the mezzanine floor (very convenient access with luggage) and consists of an entrance from which you can access the living area and the bathroom which consists of a very spacious and comfortable shower, beautiful bathroom furniture and washing machine. In the living area there is a kitchenette with an equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and everything you need to prepare great dishes. The living area also includes dining area with table and chairs. Through a small hallway you can access the double bedroom with two windows and the living room where there is a comfortable sofa bed and an armchair bed, this room is also very bright with two windows overlooking a typical Venetian street. Other things to note As of 1/1/2019, the Municipality of Venice has updated the rates of the accommodation tax: €3.00 per person per night to be paid upon arrival.
