The front door is extra wide as well as all doorways on the bottom floor. A premium gas grill is provided for our guests. Guests can also enjoy roasting marshmallows or hotdogs in the backyard fire pit. Reverse osmosis filtered water is supplied for drinking with a dedicated tap next to the kitchen faucet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. The paved driveway easily accommodates 3-4 vehicles. Other things to note The great feature of this home is the location and the large number of bedrooms to accommodate several guests. Please note there is no formal dining room should that be a requirement. However, the kitchen is large and the kitchen table has 2 additional leaves and additional chairs for a large family. Colonial Beach offers spectacular opportunities for photography enthusiasts. It is not unusual to see bald eagles, blue herons and, during the summer months, you cannot miss the ospreys. For families with small children, in addition to the fenced back yard, there is a completely fenced playground 3 blocks from the house.
