IN VILLA EUR MINI FLAT, absolutely independent, tastefully renovated, air-conditioned, with a little private balcony. To subscribe a lease in Italy, the tenant must have the ITALIAN TAX ID NUMBER (CODICE FISCALE). It can be requested abroad, by foreigners, through the Consulate simply submitting a form with a copy of an identity document to the Italian Consulate in the country of origin. WARNING!! In the villa there are our two lovely family dogs. In the green of a beautiful garden of a prestigious villa, close to the Eur's Lake and close to the Palalottomatica Palace (square Nervi, Terminal of several bus to go to downtown). MINI FLAT is situated in a very quiet and green area, 9 minutes walk to the Metro station. For tourists - 15 minutes metro to arrive in downtown. The Metro B leads to the Ancient City: (Roman Forum, Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Termini Station, Trastevere etc.) For IFAD consultants - less than 20 minutes to go work, including 9 minutes walk until the Metro station Eur Palasport to take Metro B direction laurentina, where you will arrive after only two stops. The Apartment room is absolutely independent, finely renovated, furnished with: French size bed (140x200), that can sleep also 2 persons, wardrobe, desk, dresser, marble bathroom with glass shower box, mini hidden kitchen with sink, dish drainer, electric hob, extractor hood, and fridge. It's also equipped with: microwave, toaster, washing-drying machine, pots, cutlery, dishes, glasses, cups and linens. There is also a small balcony with a coffee table and 2 chairs, to enjoy the stay in the green outside. The studio is provided with a TV plasma, air conditioning and WIFI Internet connection 24 hours. The apartment room is totally equipped with everything, so, you do not need to bring anything, except your personal effects. Guest access Garden is a beautiful area where nature lovers can enjoy the green in a very relaxing area. I WANT SPECIFY THAT: in the garden of the villa you can meet two family dogs, very lovable and playful, but if you do not like animals, or if you are afraid of dogs, I'm sorry but this is not the right place for you.
