Sea view Family House with a garden

Beautiful child and family friendly house with big garden and breathtaking sea view. It’s our family home and we rent it only in August. The space The Coach House is part of a Victorian circa 1830 mansion block with a garden overlooking the sea and firepit. Inside, there is a sitting room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa-bed. Also TV with Netflix, Amazon and Disney. A charming quirky kitchen leading to the garden and 1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom and a lovely children's room with bunk beds that sleeps three children. Both bedrooms have spectacular sea views. Privet garden with a trampoline, climbing frame and a sand pit. We also have our own driveway which you can see on the photos. Please note you can fit one car there. Parking on the road is free and it’s first come first served. On the left hand side you can see a path which leads to the beach (less than 2 mins walk;) Guest access Lovely quiet neighbourhood. 1 minute down path to beach. Life-guarded beach is 3 minutes. 2 minutes walk to the picturesque Burton St. Leonard's park and duck pond, and which has famous WW2 Enigma codebreaker and Artificial Intelligence visionary Alan Turing's childhood home at the top. 10 minutes to London Road and St.Leonard's cool bars such as Heist and The Piper. Local landmark Goat Ledge cafe bar is right on the beach. For travel, 10 minutes to train station.
