Cosy Studio in the centre of Richmond

Recently renovated, this modern cosy studio unit is perfect for both a single person or a couple. We are located within a 5 minute walk to the Richmond Mall and Richmond's main shopping street, with plenty of cafes and bars. We are less than 15 minutes drive from Nelson Airport and Nelson CBD. Off street parking is available for one vehicle. The space This is a recently renovated space, which has a comfy queen sized bed and a private entrance down a short pathway. There is a microwave sized oven and a hotplate for cooking, as well as a washing machine in the kitchen. The kitchen is moderately equipped, and has complimentary tea and coffee. There is a tv with Freeview which can be watched from either in bed, or from the lounge chairs. There is an iron and a hairdryer available, as well as a clothes drying rack available for use. The washing line can also be used if preferred (there is a washing line available for use by any guests, in the studio courtyard.) On the studio courtyard you will be able to enjoy a glass of wine in the warm evening sun. Please note, the space is not suitable for children or infants. Other things to note We have two young children, but our house is far enough away from the studio that they shouldn’t disrupt you. The eldest child loves playing outside, so may come and wave to you through the window. Please drive up the driveway slowly, incase he is playing outside. No pets allowed. We back on to commercial property, which means there is some noise. This is generally during daytime hours, but it also be at other times every now and then.
