Fishing from the dock is best early mornings and from dust to dawn.. Live bait such as pin fish and shrimp work best.. Redfish, & Speckled trout are the target for eating.. after dark dead shrimp will catch all the saltwater catfish you can pull in..not for eating though. but I've heard some do .
