WiFi is fast and unlimited (up to 65 Mbps). A mini portable bluetooth Speaker is there if you wish to use within any room. Parking: Just let us know if you require parking and we'll arrange access during your stay. There is no extra charge for parking and it is to the rear of the building. Top floor : as with many properties in Edinburgh there is no elevator. The flat has an easy access self check-in facility which will allow you to arrive at your own time from 16:00 onwards on check in day. If you require parking make that request at the time of booking and your check in instructions will be updated to include parking. Other things to note There is no elevator in the block of flats, stairs only to third floor (top floor). Residents parking is located to the rear and it is on a “first come first served” basis as spaces are not allocated. The bed is UK King Size bed 200cm x 150cm Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors and an additional cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if guests smoke inside the property including smoking out of windows. Any reports or evidence of smoking will also be reported to Airbnb and guests might risk the suspension of their account. Please also note that *a soaking tub is no longer available*.
