Cleaning Monday to Friday, no cleaning on weekends or public holidays. There is Netflix but no DSTV. Guest access Everywhere save for the garage. The garage is strictly owners area. Other things to note The Gym equipment is available on request. It is a bench with dumbbells up to 20kg, yoga mats, yoga ball, cables, pull up bar and bicycles for riding in the estate. There is no equipment for cardio as you can jog and ride within the estate. There are three bikes available - adult male, adult female and for a 7 year old. 5 days notice necessary for setup. If you prefer groceries to be delivered I recommend using the app Sixty60 or can be downloaded from the App Store. Sixty60 generally delivers groceries within 60 minutes from the nearby Checkers grocery store.
