Lovely Loay Living #1

A cozy private room in a lovely tropical house in Loay,Bohol, 18 km from Tagbilaran City. It is an hour from Chocolate Hills, zip lines, Tarsiers, river cruises, Fireflly watching at night by the river bank. Our town is 45 min from the Panglao Island ( Airport site) & where there are white beach resorts, hotels & restaurants. The room has AC/fan, en-suite Toilet & shower, free access to Wifi, HD Smart TV, karaoke, WiiFit, Treadmill, other exercise equipment upon request. The space Our place is a charming 2-story open-type tropical house with sliding glass doors leading to the garden and a koi pond. The Master's bedroom is on the ground level & 4 bedrooms on the 2nd level are for rent. Also on the 2nd level is a common Entertainment nook with karaoke set, board games and good selection of books. A 55 inch UHD TV is in the living room in the ground floor with available Netflix. Guest access -Upon arrival, we can arrange for pick-up from the Panglao Airport (32 km from our place/ ₱1,200/$22) or from Tagbilaran ferry-boat wharf ( 20 km from our place/ fee of ₱800 / US$15 aircon car). This may include a short stop-over ( if needed) in the supermarket/mall for buying some basic supplies. -For sight-seeing, rental AC tourist cars (P3,000($60)/day)/vans(P3,500($70)/day) or motorcycles/scooters ($10/day) can easily be arranged. -Guests have access to the whole house (including listed amenities) except the master's bedroom on the ground floor. -Room rate includes continental breakfast or cooked Filipino breakfast + fresh fruit / tea or brewed coffee. -Upon request, we can also serve other meals (lunch /dinner) at reasonable cost. -Hot water is available in the kitchen 24/7. -Filtered drinking water is free for guests including refill of your own water container. -Laundry washing/ drying service is available for a fee of ₱250 for a 6 kilo load. During your stay We love to personally welcome our guests when they arrive, share a welcome juice or coffee while discussing their plans in the coming days. However we do travel & will inform you ahead if we are on travel (domestic / international ) but we do have trained staff/caretakers to take care of your breakfast & other basic needs. We can also still be reached through the Airbnb App messaging or through Fb Messenger or Viber through our staff’ s phone. Even before your arrival, feel free to ask for information to help you plan your vacation. If requested, we can also assist in making reservations for tours/transport hire, etc. To facilitate communication while you are staying with us, we can lend you a mobile phone with local SIM so you can easily call us in case you need information & we are always just a call away. Other things to note Minimum stay of 2 nights. We have two adorable & well-behaved dogs: a Labrador & a German Shepherd. We can arrange a professional massage in your room for a fee of $15/1 hour/person.
