Elegant 3 room apartment, view to beautiful church

Elegant, spacious apartment (3 rooms, 70m2) in lovely Vesterbro. A hip and urban neighbourhood filled with quirky cafes and shops. One block away from the metro which takes you to the airport and only ten minutes walk to the City centre, close to everything! With beautiful view to opposite church. Quiet area and friendly neighbors. Perfect for 2 persons. 1 bedroom. 2 living rooms en suite. Shower, toilet, kitchen. The space Elegant, spacious and friendly apartment (70m2) in an authentic old building in lovely Vesterbro. Perfect for 2 adults. The accommodation is my private residence so please be respectful and keep in mind that it’s someone’s home. I appreciate simple living, so you will not find any tv, but space, yoga mats, cozy blankets, collected beach stones, art books, records etc. It is only one block away from the metro and ten minutes walk from the Central Station and with a beautiful view to the opposite church, Matthæuskirken. It's a quiet street and neighbors as well (so you will get your sleep :)), but just around the corner you will find the vibrant and hip Vesterbro with a large selection of cafés, bars, restaurants, designer shops, green hang out spots etc. Public transportation: metro, buses (line 3, 6, 10, 14), trains and rental bikes only minutes away, so you can easily get around. The apartment has 2 living rooms en suite facing the church. The kitchen and bedroom are facing the sunny cozy, green backyard. There is a queen size bed (140x200cm) in the bedroom. Shower is in the bedroom (see photo below) and from the bedroom there is access to a typical tiny Copenhagen toilet (app. 1m2). The kitchen has everything needed for cooking or just making a good cup of coffee/the. There is an oven, fridge, dishwasher and all cutlery, pots and accessories needed for whatever you want to cook. You are welcome to use everything from the kitchen and also the food left in the fridge. Just replace if you empty something. If you need to wash some clothes I have a washing machine and a drying rack. (The machine is NOT also a dryer) My apartment is kept very neatly and I will provide you with a newly cleaned apartment, towels, blankets, pillows and the perfect place for resting, sleeping, cooking, working etc. while you are in Copenhagen. Looking forward to meeting you! Guest access Feel free to use my flat as if you were at home, but keep in mind that it’s my private home. I will not remove my personal stuff because you are staying here, so please treat my flat and my things respectfully. The wardrobe and the drawers in the bedroom are private. You are welcome to use everything in the kitchen; coffee, the, oil etc. (replace if you empty something) No pets allowed. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator.
