Maar1, at almost 1000 m above sea level, lies alone in the middle of a clearing with a view of the Carnic and Gailtal Alps and in the protection of the forest, through which you can reach the castle ruins of Goldenstein in a few minutes. Here you can enjoy what has become a rarity in the meantime: peace without distraction. The renovated farmhouse offers 8 to 11 people on two levels (300m2 of living space): four bedrooms, three spacious bathrooms, living room, kitchen-living room with terrace, wood-burning stove, farmhouse, ski room. The space On the first floor are the large labe (entrance area), from where you can enter the living room, the large kitchen-living room, the day's toilet and a bedroom with attached bathroom in the old cross vault. In three bedrooms there is a full size extra bed. In the living room, an old-fashioned old farm stove has been installed, on which there is a spacious lying area that invites you to relax in cooler seasons. In the kitchen-living room you can cook on a wood-burning stove (with oven) or on the electric stove. Of course, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartments are available. The outdoor room – right by the back entrance – is also equipped with shoe dryers.
