Guests will have full access to all amenities such as the full kitchen, main bathroom, backyard & more! **** Read the Other Things To Note Section before booking **** Guest access Guests are welcome to use any and all parts of the home (minus our personal bedroom of course) Our home is your home! During your stay We are very happy to accommodate & make friends with our guests. However, we are just as happy to give our guests 100% of their own privacy! Other things to note - Pets ARE welcome. They must be potty trained. They will be subject to an additional $10/day fee. - We have a kitten who is friendly with other pets and people. - This is a house share so we do live at this house & we may also have other guests at times. - There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the house. There will be a $100 fee if you smoke in the house. - We do ask that there are no outdoor shoes worn in the house. However, you’re welcome to bring slippers/sandals to walk around the house in if you would like. - PLEASE turn your lights/etc off in your room if you’re going to be gone for the whole day. - We don’t charge a cleaning fee, so please be respectful and pick up after yourself. - No unannounced guests. - This is a home share, so please be mindful of others & keep your noise down during later hours while others may be trying to sleep. *****Most Importantly**** We want you to feel at home!
