Independent, modernized cozy and cozy studio for 1 - 2 people in a prime location in the center of Tilburg. Within walking distance of the center, pop venue 013 and central station. Including water/ electricity and wifi. The studio is a great base for business people. It is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. All the essentials needed to keep the space hygienic and neat during your stay are provided. Stays for longer than a week, make an information request regarding additional costs! The space The studio has its own entrance, a separate bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, toilet, bathroom with shower, living room with a simple kitchen unit (1 hob), coffee maker, kettle and combination microwave. Unfortunately it is not possible to cook an extensive meal! Guest access In all areas mentioned above. Other things to note There is a common area that the landlord uses at agreed times with the guests, (freezer and washing machine). There is the bathroom with shower exclusively for guests. The room is cozy and is fine for short stay (max. 2 weeks). For longer stays (from 1 week) higher cleaning costs may be charged. In addition, agreements are made for the interim cleaning / keeping of the studio, clean towels and bed linen. In the living room there is a sofa bed where a 3rd person could stay overnight. (Not really comfortable, but it's possible) When a third person comes along, you can contact the hostess to make arrangements.
