This is a 3 bed home with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with parking for 2 cars. We are just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Mawgan Porth & porthcothan and only a short drive to Padstow, Newquay & Wadebridge. Within easy reach of the camel trail and Eden Project. Guests have full use of the house and enclosed garden, we are on the edge of a housing estate and are semi-detached so just ask that guests respect our neighbours. We will be living nearby so can help if required. The space 3 bedrooms, one king, one double and one twin. Main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower above the bath additional downstairs toilet. Views to Trevose head possible from upstairs, well established garden which often attracts lovely finches and other garden birds, ideal for relaxing. The garden is totally enclosed by 6 foot fence and is dog friendly. The area is surrounded by amazing beaches and a short walk to the historic St Eval Church and a little longer walk to Bedruthan Steps. We are a short drive to popular towns like Padstow, Newquay and Wadebridge. Worth noting there are no pubs or restaurants within an easy walking distance. This is such a beautiful area ideally located, near to Newquay Airport, Padstow, Wadebridge, Newquay and a short drive to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, with easy access to the A30 and A39.
