This, coupled with our famous hot farm-fresh breakfast and modern amenities provides our guests with an extraordinary stay that the best memories are made of. We border on the Plattekill State Forest, so enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, or hunting right off the property. & unwind in the hot tub The space The Cottage room is a self-contained completely private room with the most spectacular view of The Catskill Mountains you will ever find. This is our smallest room that can accommodate 2 people comfortably. The room includes its own private entrance, bath, TV, & AC. You also have free use of the outside hot tub and pool. If for any reason we are not around, there are nameplates by each room door & you can let yourself in. Keys are not issued as we live here, all room doors lock from the inside. If you are concerned please lock any valuables in your car. During your stay We give our guests their own space however we are around if ever needed Other things to note -Remember to screen-shoot or print out directions as cell signal can get a little 'spotty' here in the mountains. -Also, if possible, please let us know your expected time of arrival. -If you arrive late (or we are not in for some reason) Do not worry, all of our rooms have name plates next to their doors & will be unlocked for your arrival, just let yourself in. Please let us know the night before if you do not want breakfast. . -Yes you can bring your pets, remember there is a $40/night fee for the pet. -High-Speed internet service has been activated in our area. So you can carry out any business that needs ultra-high-speed connectivity. -Our entire road was resurfaced in July 2018. Any vehicle can make it with ease to our location (during the warmer months). -Special occasion gift baskets are $100. -Leam is an abstract painter & his studio & work are there for your viewing as well -Check-in/out: Check in anytime after 3 p.m. There are fees associated with early check-ins or late departures. We cannot always accommodate them as well, please check with us 1st. -NO SMOKING in the rooms. You are welcome to smoke outside, if however we determine that smoking occurred inside the room, you will be charged $200 for a full cleaning to remove the smell. -If coming in the winter months it's best to bring a 4-wheel or All-wheel drive vehicle (with good winter tires). If not, we are also happy to pick you up at the bottom of the driveway - just contact us. Also, we are at 3000 ft above sea level so the weather changes here quickly in the winter, please bring proper clothing, especially footwear. 2 adults and 2 children can fit comfortably in this room. 4 adults also can be accommodated but it is tight. There is a $50/night upcharge for every extra person.
