Kamp Kontent is a family owned property overlooking Conesus Lake. You’ll love our place because of the convenient access to the lake combined with 9 acres of space to spread out and have fun! Kamp Kontent is great for couples who like to camp, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Please note that guests should plan to bring their own linens, blankets, pillows and towels (we are not able to provide these items). Includes The Main House, The Lake View Studio, The Cabin in the Woods, The Hillside Cottage and The Bunk House (The Tree House is another cottage nearby but books separately, let us know if you need to accommodate more guests). Sleeping & Bathroom Details Main House • two bedrooms (one queen, one double bed) and one full bath • living room has a large sectional couch and space for a blow up air mattress (sleeps up to 7) Hillside Cottage • one bedroom (one double bed) and one full bath • living room has a futon (sleeps up to 4) Lake View Studio • one room with two twin beds (sleeps 2) • attached to Bath House (separate entrance) Cabin in the Woods • two bedrooms, three twin beds and a double bottom bunk (sleeps up to 5) • no bathroom in cabin, short walk to The Bath House. Bunk House • one room with a bunk bed (twin top and double bottom) and a couch (sleeps up to 4) • no bathroom in cabin but can share with The Hillside Cottage or walk to The Bath House. Sleeping Capacity - Up to 22 people All guests have access to the Rec Center, the Ball Diamond, trails, kayaks and of course the dock! Let us know if you need a place to tie up a boat. Our property is across the street from the lake with plenty of room to spread out and have fun. We (the owners) live within walking distance so we can stop by if you need something but otherwise will give you privacy.
