The property is situated approximately 2 miles from the coast (Seaton Sluice). And approximately 5 miles from Whitley Bay. There is a bus stop just outside the property to take you to either Newcastle or Blyth. You will need to change to get to Whitley Bay. The Metro line can be accessed at Whitley Bay. There are lovely beaches and historical scenic walks nearby.
