Once you enter the property you have direct access down to Circuit Beach from the back yard, so there are no roads to cross. The house is lovely, upstairs with open planned kitchen, dining and living room, very comfortable lounge, large screen TV. Unlimited Wifi is also provided by our thoughtful owner. You also have an open fire so this property can even be enjoyed during the cooler months. It's just a short walk to the sheltered, safe, and uncrowded beach below. Great surf, so don't forget the boogie board. Easy access to relaxing cliff walks with beautiful ocean views. Layout: Upon entry you have downstairs which has three bedrooms, bathroom, and living area and kitchenette, this will provide an extra fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, you will have direct access to the rear yard from here.This house is a two storey home, upstairs you have 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining with ceiling fans and air conditioner. A beautiful large back deck, overlooking the spacious yard and the ocean beyond is an ideal place to relax. You can help yourself to any fruits/herbs in the garden. The fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, will delight the amateur chef. Bedrooms: Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas, doona covers, blankets and bath towels. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Bedroom 1 located upstairs Queen Size bed ceiling fan and heater. Bathrooms/Laundry: The main bathroom located upstairs has a toilet shower and double vanity. The laundry is located downstairs has a front load washer and dryer for your use. Downstairs bathroom has a bath and shower and vanity. Outside: There is a large back yard offering access to the beach via the back yard. Downstairs outdoor area provides table and 4 chairs and BBQ and upstairs on the large deck there is a BBQ and seating for 10 as well as 3 chaises for your convenience. A double carport to park the car located to the side of the house and a small parking bay directly in front of the home, and will also suit those with a small boat.
