The space The apartment is fully equipped with all everyday luxury you may need. Such as high quality beds, high speed WiFi, coffee machine, dish washer, modern kitchen appliances and a TV with Chromecast. The window faces a quiet courtyard which is very lovely and green during the summer months. This unique studio apartment is located in the green Etu-Töölö neighbourhood, in a beautiful house from 1927. The house is located on a unique block of the neighbourhood, an architectural oasis with three big inner yards. The apartment is decorated in a Scandinavian style; bright, fresh and simplistic. Enjoy a good nights sleep in a high quality bed. If you're a group of four, the brand new sofa can be converted into a full-sized double bed in a couple of minutes. Many of the charming original details have been restored in the apartment. The high ceilings throughout the apartment gives a nice, spacious feeling. The apartment has a proper sized and fully equipped kitchen. All kitchen appliances are new and of high standards. There are plenty of cooking tools, perfect if you want to prepare your own meal. Kitchen is equipped with: •Refrigerator with freezer compartment •Induction stove •Combination microwave oven/oven •Dish-washer •Cooking tools •Toaster, water boiler, blender and a mixer •Cups, plates, bowls and all the cutleries you need •Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, spices etc. The main space has a comfy sofa, that can easily be converted into a 160 cm wide bed. The double bed (140 cm wide) is of high quality and you will definitely sleep well in it. High-quality white bed linens are provided for all guests. The small dining area fits perfectly four people. The bathroom is compact but very fresh. Even though it is small, it still has a proper shower space with a foldable shower wall. This wall can be folded when not showering to create more space in the bathroom. The floor heating is a nice everyday luxury that will keep your feet warm and the floor dry. Fluffy towels, hairdryer and shampoo is provided for all guests. A laundry room equipped with a dryer and a washing machine can be found in the house (free of charge). Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment. Your arrival will be smooth and easy with our flexible self check-in process, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Other things to note •Washer and dryer in the building but not in the apartment. You would have to book the laundry room 1-2 days in advance (free of charge). •Please note that the bathroom is compact (as can be seen in the pictures). •Please note that the elevator is compact, about 80x80 cm.
