Our home in the River Arts District is centrally located! We are a short downhill stroll to the artist shops and restaurants of the RAD and about a 10 minute walk to downtown/ south slope. Great hiking, the Biltmore , and Mission Hospital are only a few minutes drive. The spacious open floor layout of our home invites the gathering of friends and family. Off street parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry available. Pets are negotiable. Please ask before booking about bringing your pet The space 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Hardwood and tile throughout the home. Three large porches to relax on with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening as you watch the sunset. We have a small garden guest are welcome to pick from when the season allows, and a chicken coop with 6 chickens who should start laying fresh eggs for us to share with you soon. Off street parking is available, and guest are encouraged to use it instead of street parking. Overall, we think, our home is a great place to relax between hikes or brewery tours. It's a perfect set up for families with children or two couples. We have a fully functioning kitchen for those who wish to cook at home. *We only rent to groups of 6 who are family. *This home is two stories with all bedrooms upstairs. *This is our primary residence Other things to note If you are planning on bringing a pet let us know before booking. Groups of 6 are limited to families, with rare exceptions. This home is two stories with all bedrooms upstairs. There will likely be an additional charge for pets and extra guest beyond 4. This is really just to accommodate for the extra wear and tear and cleaning involved with extra people or pets. If you are making this trip to Asheville for a special occasion let me know.
