4 windows to the courtyard - quiet & central

Our guest apartment is located in the Graphisches Viertel, on the ground floor of a former printing house. In the courtyard building (quiet location) there is also our office and our apartment - so we are easily accessible as a host. The center and main train station are 10 minutes away on foot, supermarket and tram 2 minutes away. The space The 1.5-room apartment has its own entrance. The living area, mini kitchen, shower toilet and sleeping area are brightly decorated, the windows face east to the courtyard. The double bed is 160 cm wide. The sofa bed with a width of 130 cm offers space for one adult or two children. Guests with children are welcome - high chair etc. are available upon request. I am also happy to provide irons and laundry racks if needed. Guest access Guests use the place completely alone. Other things to note The apartment is on the ground floor, but unfortunately not barrier-free due to the step at the entrance and the shower tray/size of the bathroom.
