Quiet and Private-Cute Granny Flat

Cute little 2 room Granny Flat at the back of my home. Private entrance and yard through a gate. One shared wall. This space can fit 2 adults and 2 kids Walk to parks and Santee Lakes easily. Lots of outdoor spaces for exploring nearby. 1/2 mile to 52 freeway. Extra enclosed patio room with a bunk bed with a twin and full size bed and could be used for a visiting children but would be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. That room is not insulated. One Parking spot in driveway. The space It has everything you need in the kitchen ( except food) and bathroom as well. There is a great private little outside space as well. There is an air conditioner but I expect my tenant to use fan in the window to cool down the unit at night which is much more efficient than using the air conditioner except for occasionally hot evenings. Guest access You will have the whole space for you and your family. The bunk beds will need to be made up by the guests though. All bedding provided. Top bunk is only for a child under 100 lbs. Other things to note I usually have my Grandchildren and their parents here during mid June-thru mid August.
