Hidden gem in the heart of Plaza Midwood

The space This guesthouse sits hidden in the middle of Plaza Midwood and has parking and a private entrance for guests. French doors open to the outdoor space, which has a fire pit and seating for dining, and is a perfect accompaniment to the guesthouse's floor plan. The 55-inch television swivels a complete 180 degrees to be enjoyed whether you are sitting inside the space or out on the patio. The kitchen has all the amenities you could need - full-size refrigerator, convection oven, Nespresso machine for coffee and espresso, hotplate for cooking and plenty of kitchenware. The wooden wardrobe opens to reveal a queen-size bed with a comfortably soft, 12-inch, memory-foam mattress. Guest access There is a possibility that the outdoor space will be shared with either the owners or other guests who may have rented the main home. If we are here, we welcome reaching out to us if you would like suggestions on what to do around the city, questions, or just want to have a glass of wine. The guesthouse has blinds and a separate back entrance to a parking lot so you will have privacy and can come and go as you please. Other things to note This has the potential to be a shared space if you did not rent the main house as well. With that, we ask that you remain respectful of others in close proximity to you. I do not impose a cleaning fee, so please do your best to leave the space tidy. Remove all trash upon check out and inform me of any spills or messes so I know best how to clean. If you have an emotional support or service animal, please let me know so we can have an extended conversation about how to best accommodate you. A $200 fine will be issued for - Not removing all trash - Broken items (min. $200 up to cost to replace) - Egregious messes (stains, vomit, blood, etc.)
