For your comfort, the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway are air conditioned, spreading a pleasant freshness into the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living/dining room. It has 3 bedrooms with closets and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The private garden gives you access to a large saltwater pool. This one is heated according to the weather conditions from May to September inclusive, and it is shared with two other houses. Fully secure, it is equipped with deckchairs and parasols. A large terrace overlooking the garden and barbecue, as well as a petanque court await. Secure parking and gate included for large vehicles. Guest access For your peace of mind, access to the property is through a secure gate with a dedicated location for your car, ensuring a serene arrival. Other things to note The pool is heated and open from April (depending on weather conditions) until the end of September. It is shared between the occupants of the three cottages. The pool is equipped with a safety shutter (NFP90-308 standard). The shutter must be closed after any use and especially at night. The shutter's closing mechanism and fasteners are sensitive. We ask you to pay the utmost attention when handling it. In the event of damage (broken fastener, torn shutter), a request for compensation will be made via the Airbnb Resolution Center (Host Damage Warranty) to cover the cost of repair and replacement. Access is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
