The space is a converted two car garage, it has its own private entrance and is separated from the main portion of the rest of the home by a pocket door. The living portion of the space consists of a galley kitchen with oven, stove, cabinets, sink and full size refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with coffee maker along with pots, pans, utensils and some dishes. The living space includes a bistro table and chairs along with a cozy soapstone fireplace. The space gives direct access to the laundry room with electric washer and dryer available to guests. The bed room provides a closet, dresser and a newly remolded bathroom with a tile walk in shower. Guests will have access to washer and dryer, full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, gas fireplace, full bathroom with walk in shower, Queen sized bed, closet, internet connection (wired and wireless). Private entrance for guest access. My wife and I live in the other side of the house with our children and we share access to the common laundry room. We both have hosted international students throughout our lives and love to interact with guests, but are very respectful of privacy. The neighborhood is established and quiet, down the street from an elementary school and walking/biking distance to city parks, restaurants, food trucks, farm stand, our historic downtown town and bike path. The bedroom boasts a full bathroom with a tile walk in shower and granite countertops, Queen sized bed, closet, dresser, and internet connection (wired and wireless). The space offers a private entrance with a patio and fenced yard and shared access to onsite washer and dryer.
