Our house is very bright and has magnificent views of Lake Annecy and the Tournette. It is close to the beach, forest and town. The Clusaz and Semnoz ski resorts are nearby. You will appreciate this house for its contemporary decor, terrace, garden, calm and comfort. The space The house comfortably sleeps 6 people. Heated by a reversible air conditioner, it also has a latest generation insert and wood storage for additional friendly heating on winter evenings. It has a parking space for your car.
