Spacious (65 mq. / 700 sq.ft.) 1 bedroom flat located up a hill at the centre of the beautiful valley of Levanto. - Cosy and quiet - Immersed in nature - Free parking at street level The town of Levanto and its beaches, the main connection roads and train station to the closest places of interest - Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Portofino - are a 10-minute drive away. A basic bus service is also available to and from Levanto, with extended service times during summer months (July and August). The space This is a one-bedroom flat comprising: - a west-facing large living area with fully equipped kitchen / dining room / lounge - an interior double room with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - no window on the outside, only on the living area (see pictures) - a bathroom with shower and washing machine - a balcony out the front door with table and chairs where you can sunbathe and have breakfast / lunch / dinner al fresco and a little entrance court where bulky items or bikes can be stored. The flat sleeps 4 people (2x in the bedroom, 2x on the sofabed). It is ideal for a couple, a family with kids, or a small group of friends. > Essentials included: hand soap, shower / cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen paper, kitchen condiments and breakfast basics - tea, coffee, herbal teas. > One set of towels per person is included in the price of your stay, as well as bed sheets. You may request additional sets of towels during your stay at the cost of 10 euros for each set. You may also request both the double bed and sofa bed to be made if you are 2 people and wish to sleep in separate beds at the cost of 15 euros flat fee. Please request this prior to arriving so that the beds can be prepared in advance. The flat has been fully refurbished a few years ago, it has a modern yet rustic feeling, being immersed in the atmosphere and the quietness of a rural village. Guest access The flat is located on the first floor, a flight of stairs leads to it. At the bottom of it, there is a small gated court where bulky beach items or bikes can be stored & chained to the rails. The apartment has private access. There is free parking space on the street, 50 mt. from the front door. Other things to note City Tax: 1.5 euro per adult person per night for the first three nights (2024). Under 14 are exempt, to be settled in cash upon arrival. There are recycling rules with door to door collection displayed inside the flat that we kindly ask guests to follow. Phone signal inside the flat can be poor due to thick walls; however, the 100 Mb Wi-Fi makes up for it on the data part, whereas for calls the best reception is close to the front door and windows.
