We are located at the center of Surfing capitol of the north. Our location is in Urbiztondo San Juan La Union. Along the highway making it easy access for commuters. Building size: 230sqm 2 floors only 13 rooms (floor area:12sqm) The property is PET FRIENDLY with an additional pet fee for the entire stay. We welcome well-behaved pets in our establishment. We kindly ask that all pet owners ensure their animals are under control at all times. Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your pet and respect designated areas. Remember, responsible pet ownership contributes to a welcoming environment for everyone. We do not recommend to add extra guest for the room for your convenience because of the room size but if you do wish to have one, we can still accept the request. ** *BATHROOM - The bathroom is attached to the room and it is private. -no hot shower - with bidet and water sink w/ mirror - tissues and guest kit is provided.
