Trévignon: house near the beach

Contact us for rates. House at the tip of Trévignon, the beaches are within walking distance (400 m). House of 120 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms extended by a garden of 700 m2. In the heart of a hamlet, close to a grocery store, the house is the ideal place for a vacation with friends and family. Some will enjoy the garden, others the beach or the coastal path conducive to walks or jogging. Concarneau (15 km), Pont Aven (10 km) or Névez (5 km) The space The main house: The main house, built in the 1930s, was completely renovated in 2018 and consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area on one side and a living room on the other. In the extension of this living room is the laundry-boiler room The central staircase leads you upstairs where the landing distributes 4 rooms: a bathroom-toilet, a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed that can also accommodate a travel cot and a dormitory with 3 90 cm beds. The extension: To this first space is added an extension that is integral to the house but its entrance is independent. The space consists of a large bedroom overlooking the garden through a beautiful workshop window. In this room you will find a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed and a bathroom-toilet. Outside: Outside, you will find several spaces which will allow you to enjoy the sun or shade throughout the day according to your wishes. Weber barbecue and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, there is a hammock, a badminton set and other games for young and old. Amenities: The house does not have TV but Wi-Fi is available and we can leave a TV screen if you wish. Our children leave their many board games, their comics, their beach equipment... We can lend the equipment for a baby (baby bed with a real mattress, high chair, MacLaren...) Please note: bed linen and towels provided only in July and August for stays of one week and more. Beds made on arrival. Outside of these dates, it is possible to rent the linen for an extra fee.
