Rooftop and half of third floor is for Red Labuyo Restaurant while second and ground floor are for ALTA Residences. Each room has its own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, balcony and TV. Guests can choose to dine at Red Labuyo Restaurant or have food served in their rooms. Other things to note Please be informed that this is one bedroom from a family room and is separated by a sliding door, hence noises could be heard from the other side or from the restaurant. However, please be reassured that privacy and safety of things are prioritized. The building is also equipped with security cameras for added protection. Guest Expectations: 1. ID Verification + Health Declaration Form. To protect against identity theft and fraud and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in the community, guests are required to digitally provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie prior to check-in. This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. All guests are also required to sign a health declaration form upon arrival, and digitally provide ID prior to receiving access details. This information may be used for public records search. 2. Unauthorized guests. Any guest that is not on the reservation, whether overnight or temporary visitors, are strictly prohibited and are considered an unauthorized guest. No guests other than those on the reservation are allowed on the property. 3. Events, Parties, and Gatherings. Such events are strictly prohibited and may result in a fine. Quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-8AM. 4. Potential for Noise. You’ll be in an urban setting in addition to being in a lively neighborhood which may be prone to noise. 5. Smoking. This residence is a 100% smoke-free building. Please use the balcony to smoke otherwise. 6. Check-in and Check-out. Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 11am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request and a fee. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. Upkeep and maintenance appointments are also on a set schedule, and are needed to keep the property in great condition. 7. Security. The building is secured with video surveillance in public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. 8. Use. The apartment and all amenity areas shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful purpose. Guests shall use the unit for residential purposes only. 9. Damage. We understand accidents happen, we require all guests to inform us if anything is damaged or broken during their stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (such as towels, artwork, electronics, and kitchen equipment). Fees may apply, but more importantly, we want to solve the problem for our future guests. 10. Filming & Photo Shoots. If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. Filming on the premises without written consent ahead of your check-in date is strictly prohibited. 11. Parking at Own Risk. Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Alta Residences shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property or surrounding area. 12. Liability and Obligation to Follow the Rules. By agreeing below, you understand that The Alta Residences is only responsible for reservations, house cleaning, and check out. By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions below, you waive, discharge and agree to hold Alta Residences and the real property owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to your stay at the managed property, including but not limited to, any accidents or injury to yourself, your guests and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. You are responsible for keeping your valuables safe at all times.
